[21] The annual CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2009 in Las Vegas, will feature a Tech Zone calledStevie Wonder & Friends aimed specifically at electronics for the blind and visually impaired. Stevie will be on hand to review and demonstrate gadgets.
[19] Stevie's annual House Full of Toys will be on Saturday Dec 13th at the Nokia Theater LA.
[19] Rolling Stone Magazine's latest list - 100 Greatest Singers of all Time - has Stevie listed at No. 9. Aretha Franklin tops the list.
[18] On Nov. 14th Stevie attended the funeral of Jheryl Busby, a former president and chief executive of Motown Records where he performed the gospel song I Won't Complain and accompanied Johnny Gill in his rendition of By and By.

[11]   Stevie received a standing ovation last night at the Grammies as he paid tribute to Berry Gordy, founder of Motown Records. He also introduced Alicia Keys for a performance of "No One" with John Mayer.

[24]   Stevie will perform on May 2nd at the New Orleans Jazz Festival to be held April 25-27 & May 1-4.
[09]   The NAACP announced Tuesday that Stevie will receive the group's prestigious Hall of Fame Award, which recognizes an individual who is a pioneer in his or her respective field and whose influence will shape the profession for generations to come. Dennis Hayes, president and CEO of NAACP noted, “Mr. Wonder is a true entertainer and role model in the entertainment world and beyond. His music has attracted wide audience appeal and has influenced generations and we are proud to bestow this honour on him." The ceremony will be held on Feb. 14 and broadcast live on FOX from 8 to 10 p.m. ET.
[07]    January 20th has been declared Stevie Wonder Day in L.A.
[07]    Stevie will appear on the BET Honors show on Jan 12 recognizing Alicia Keys, Tyra Banks, Dr. Cornel West, Richard Parsons, the Honorable Maxine Waters and CEO Janice Bryant Howroyd. The event will be broadcast on TV on Feb 22.
